Refund Policy.

We uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and product integrity. Frozen beef kept in freezer can last years,  we recommend consuming beef products in 16 month time frame for the best experience.  There can be a degradation in flavor for beef frozen longer than 16 months. 

Perishable Items:

All sales are considered final upon shipment due to the perishable nature of our products. It is the responsibility of the recipient to retrieve and properly store the products at the time of the delivery.  See our refundable conditions below:

  1. Deposits

    • All deposits are non-refundable.

  2. Condition of Product

    • All beef is delivered or picked up in a frozen state.

    • Refunds will only be issued if the beef is received in a defrosted or spoiled condition at the time of pickup or delivery.

  3. Refund Claims

    • Customers must notify us immediately (within 24 hours of receipt) if the product arrives defrosted.

    • Proof of condition (such as photos) may be required to process the claim.

  4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

    • Change of mind after purchase.

    • Improper handling or storage after pickup/delivery.

    • Claims submitted more than 24 hours after receipt.

    • Please note that refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction based on personal taste preferences. Food experiences are subjective, and individual preferences vary.

  5. Order Fulfillment Errors

If we ship an incorrect item or fail to fulfill your order as requested, we will promptly resolve the issue.

To initiate a claim for a refund, please complete the following:

Send an email to bryan@bryanandsons.farm and include the following information: Purchase Date, Name of Product/s, Location (Online or in-person), and Payment Type (Cash, Credit Card w/ last 4 digits)

Please include applicable photos and/or videos (product damage, shipping materials)!

Claims will be reviewed within 24 hours and we will respond to your initial email with any follow up questions, or results of the claim.

Non-Perishable Items:

Any non-perishable item is eligible for a return up to 30 days from purchase date. Items must be unused, unopened, and in brand new condition to be eligible for a full refund.

You may initiate a self-serve return of these items by logging in to your account and navigating to your order summary.

Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Refund will be processed within 5 days of receiving the return.

For items that are damaged in transit, please send an email to bryan@bryanandsons.farm and include your Order Number and photos and/or videos of the damage. Bryan and Sons will review and offer a replacement or refund on damaged items.
