How It Works
Whether you're feeding a family, meal prepping in bulk, or simply want to stock your freezer with clean, high-quality beef, we make it simple.

Make your deposit for the purchase of your percentage share of a live animal: quarter (25%), half (50%), or whole (100%) cow. We’ll contact you to discuss the additional details for your custom order.

You pick the cuts, or ask us for suggestions, and we’ll handle the rest for harvesting your animal!

Next, pay the remaining balance based on the finished weight of your harvested animal: $11.98/lb (or $15.99/lb for American Wagyu). For estimated costs, visit our Premium Beef page or contact Bryan.
We offer free delivery within 15 miles of Ontario, CA, or $100 delivery across most of Southern California. Pick-up is available for customers outside our delivery area. Delivery options are calculated at checkout.
